The rates are £65 for a single occupancy and £75 for a double occupancy.

Rates for other evenings may vary.

You will still need to book directly with the Hotel on 0191 2364111 and quote MDSG Conference when booking.

    1. Booking forms must be returned by Tuesday 30 April 2024. Numbers and the logistics of catering and seating in the syndicate rooms, is arranged in advance of the Conference.

    2. We cannot Guarantee that you and your party will be able to sit together at the meal times. There are only ten chairs around each table. Some tables will have eight.

    3. Please note, there will NOT be a creche. You or someone of your choosing would be responsible for your child, throughout the day.

    4. The programme will follow similar lines to previous years and include two or three sessions of workshops. We would like to encourage all delegates young and old to attend all or some of these workshops. There will be a variety of topics. The smaller groups means that everyone can select a subject relevant to their own situation.

    5. The booking form for the Southern Conference at Basingstoke in October, will be sent out during next year. You may attend both if you wish.
