The Bed and Breakfast rates for the Friday night 16 May 2025. The rates are £95 for a single occupancy and £110 for a double occupancy. Rates for other evenings may vary.
Book directly with the Hotel on 0117 910 4268 and quote Myotonic Dystrophy Support Group Conference when booking.
To help offset some of the Conference costs, MDSG is offering to pay one third of the hotel costs for Bed and Breakfast for Friday night 16 May 2025. This means you will pay £70 for a single occupancy and £80 for a double occupancy.
This offer applies to one night only Friday 16 May 2025 and only if you stay at the Holiday Inn Bristol Filton Hotel.
You will still need to book directly with the Hotel on 0117 910 4268 and quote MDSG Conference when booking. PLEASE NOTE: It is best to book between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, otherwise it will go through to Central Reservations, who will not know the special rates offered by the hotel.
This offer is from MDSG NOT the Hotel. You will need to pay the cost of the room to the hotel, give the receipt to Michael Walker or send it in to the office by 30 June 2025 and MDSG will reimburse the difference up to the conference rate as stated above.
PLEASE READ THESE NOTES CAREFULLY
1. Booking forms must be returned by Monday 5 May 2025. Numbers and the logistics of catering and seating in the syndicate rooms, is arranged in advance of the Conference.
2. Please note, there will NOT be a creche. You or someone of your choosing would be responsible for your child, throughout the day.
3. The programme will follow similar lines to previous years and include two or three sessions of workshops. There will be a variety of topics. The smaller groups means that everyone can select a subject relevant to their own situation.
