A conference brochure will be sent nearer the time.
To help offset some of the Conference costs, MDSG is offering to pay half the hotel costs for Bed and Breakfast for Friday night 16 June 2023.
This means you will pay £62.50 for a single occupancy and £67.50 for a double occupancy.
This offer applies to one night only Friday 16 June 2023 and only if you stay at the
Radisson Hotel.
You will still need to book directly with the Hotel on 01509 670575 and quote MDSG Conference when booking.

You will need to pay the cost of the room to the hotel, give the receipt to Mike Walker or send it in to the office by 31 July 2023 and MDSG will reimburse the difference up to the conference rate as stated above.
PLEASE READ THESE NOTES CAREFULLY
1. Booking forms must be returned byTuesday 31 May 2023. Numbers and the logistics of catering and seating in the syndicate rooms, is arranged in
advance of the Conference.
2. We cannot Guarantee that you and your party will be able to sit together at the meal times. There are only ten chairs around each table.
3. Please note, there will NOT be a creche. However, a room will be set aside for you or someone of your choosing to look after your child. In that instance you would be responsible for your child, throughout the day.
4. The programme will follow similar lines to previous years and include three sessions of workshops. We would like to encourage all delegates young and old to attend all or some of these workshops. There will be a variety of topics. The smaller groups means that everyone can select a subject relevant to their own situation.
